Week 12

Kate shows us sweet little smiles all the time now! I love them.She realized she likes her paci last week. It's been great! Now I don't have to be it!Love this jogging stroller! Jared added the car seat adapter on so I could start taking Kate out in it too! Thanks Dada! More sweet smiles.

Here she's either saying "Hi" or "No more pictures please".

Week 11

Even though Kate was sleeping comfortably on me, Luke wanted to hold her, so I put her on his lap. You can see her stretching out as she woke up. (I love her big stretches) :)
Luke is so happy to hold her, as always, but then she realized she wasn't comfy like that, so Mama had to pick her back up.Kate, not so happy since we woke her. Luke not happy anymore since Kate's crying and he didn't get to hold her long. More big brother and little sister time!
She's almost as big as him!

She picked this onesie out. I couldn't say no. :)

Week 10

We got this little onesie as a gift from Edward Jones.. so I sent this as a thank you. :)Kate's first time in the pool! It had just started to get dark out.. so it was a little chilly for her. She liked it though.. just didn't want her to get too cold.

Look at Luke's sweet little smile as he's holding his little water toy for the camera. He's such a sweet little boy. :)

Week 9

Luke is really starting to pay more attention to Kate now. He likes to sit and hold her. And it's really sweet when she cries, he says "I know, I know." in his sweet high pitched voice. I guess he hears me say that to her. :) Kate in her sweet little outfit Aunt Lauren got her.So sweet!

When Kate naps Luke and I finally have some time to play by ourselves. Just a little bit outside with a hose and he's a happy boy again!

Week 8

More bath pictures! Had to show off Kate's figure. Look at that tummy and rolls on her legs! Look at that face.. it's like she's saying "Okay Mom, that's enough."Sweet little first smiles!Daddy kisses!

Week 7

Kate is starting to notice the spinning mobile above her swing now, which is great because now she'll let me put her in it while she is awake.. not just sleeping! :)

Luke and Mimi off for their day of fun! Mimi comes to get Luke once a week so they can go have fun together. Luke gets so excited for these days! Usually he's already wearing his backpack and looking out the window before she even gets here. And he has no problem at all with leaving without me. I get a quick hug and kiss and a "Bye Mama!" and then they're off. He even gives Kate a kiss on the head too! It's so sweet.

I'm so thankful that Luke and Kate have such wonderful grandparents that love them so much.

These two pictures were from Luke's "Meet the teacher" night at his Mother's day out. He goes to "school" on Mondays and Wednesdays. It's been going great. He was a little upset when I dropped him off the first day, but his teachers told me he was fine right after I left. Now he has no trouble at all. We walk in, drop off all of his stuff and then I get a kiss and he's off playing. He just has a hard time going down for a nap they said. He'll cry and ask for me for a bit, but then falls asleep. Hopefully that will pass soon. I hate thinking that he is sad up there without me. :(Silly Luke trying to hide from the camera.

Week 6

Kate is showing us some sweet smiles now! And she's getting so chunky! I love it!
